個展 『 禅 – 今を生きる心 – 』

禅の考え方には、日々の生活の中で忘れがちな大切な教えが込められています。
過去の後悔や未来への不安に心を奪われることなく、「今、この瞬間」を大切に生きること。
それはシンプルでありながらも、非常に奥深い生き方です。

今回描いた花の作品たちは、そんな禅の「心のあり方」や「生き方」を意識して制作を行いました。
花はその一瞬一瞬の美しさが命。
咲き誇る時間が限られているからこそ、その姿には特別な輝きが宿っています。
過剰に飾り立てるのではなく、花そのものの存在感を活かし、日本らしい侘び寂びを感じさせるような落ち着いた色彩と配色でまとめました。

禅とアートの共通点は、余計なものを取り除き、本質に迫ること。
今回の個展作品には、余白や自然な美しさを引き立たせる工夫を凝らしています。
見る人が忙しさから解放され、穏やかな心を取り戻せるひとときを届けたい。
そう願いながら今回の空間を作り上げました。
アートは時に、私たちの心にそっと寄り添い、自分自身と向き合う時間を与えてくれます。
禅の教えを感じさせるこの花の作品たちが、皆さんの空間にささやかな安らぎをもたらし、「今」を大切にするきっかけになれば幸いです。

Zen – The Spirit of Living in the Moment

The Zen way of thinking contains important teachings that are often forgotten in our daily lives.
To live with the importance of “now, this moment,” without being preoccupied with regrets of the past or fears of the future.
It is a simple yet profound way of life.

The flowers in this exhibition were created with this Zen “way of mind” and “way of life” in mind.
The beauty of a flower is vital in each moment of its life.
Because their blooming time is limited, their appearance holds a special radiance.
Rather than overdecorate, we used the presence of the flowers themselves, and used a subdued color scheme that evokes the wabi and sabi that is uniquely Japanese.

Zen and art have one thing in common: they both remove the superfluous and get to the essence.
In the works in this solo exhibition, I have tried to highlight the margins and natural beauty of the work.
I want to bring viewers a moment when they can free themselves from their busyness and regain a peaceful mind.
This is how we created the space for this exhibition.
Art can sometimes be a gentle companion to our hearts and give us time to face ourselves.
We hope that these floral works, which remind us of the teachings of Zen, will bring a little peace to your space and help you cherish the “now”.
