-Artwork statement-
When I visited Kyoto, the old townscape and gardens quietly moved my heart.
I aimed to express the delicate beauty of Japan by gradually inserting Japanese colors that evoke the colors of the four seasons, to create a quiet yet powerful work that moves the heart.
Japanese colors have been handed down from generation to generation as colors that are close to nature, the seasons, and people’s hearts.
I hope that the spirit of “wa” and the Japanese sense of beauty that I felt in Kyoto will reach your hearts through this work.

-ichirin series-
Some people have reasons for not decorating with flowers.
I am one of them.
In my case, I don’t decorate flowers for my beloved cats.
It is said that there are over 700 species of plants that are dangerous for cats.
Similarly, there are many plants that are dangerous for dogs and birds.
Some people also cannot decorate with flowers because of allergies.

Pet lovers may limit indoor plants because their health and safety is a top priority.
However, decorating with flowers can be just as relaxing as reading a book or drinking a cup of tea.
Many people make it a daily habit and a means of calming the mind.

May it be a safe and healthy option to help create a more harmonious environment for humans and animals.
